We're Moving!

Cosmo is not to sure how he feels about it.

I will probably not have a chance to update until Tuesday-ish. Until then, don't forget about us!

I Miss Her

I got so used to spending all day, everyday with the Bear this summer. Now that school has started, I feel like I hardly get to play with her. It makes me so sad that we won't get to eat an unhurried breakfast while watching Regis and Kelly together anymore. No more strolling through the mall, sharing a Mickie D's ice cream cone, walks around the complex, cuddling at nap time, reading stories, or singing songs during the day anymore. Now we are limited to 4:30 to 8:30 to play together. When I am at school now, I miss my little buddy SO badly, though I am sure that she is having fun with her new friends at the sitter's. I had no idea that it would be this hard on me.

Boo Hoo Hoo.....

End of pitty party, back to your regularly scheduled blog.

Dance Baby, Dance

This is Kayleigh's new way of dancing. It reminds Sean of Elaine from Seinfeld. I have NO idea where she picked this up!

Alfalfa

Back to School

I went back to school on Monday.... ughhh.

Kayleigh started a new daycare. I was a little apprehensive about how she would do. She has gotten to be a big time mommy's girl. When I dropped her off, she started playing with toys and NEVER looked back. The lady that keeps her told me that she was VERY good! She played well with all of the other kiddos, ate all of her lunch, and took 2 naps.

I miss her so much during the day.

Everybody.......

Please meet "White Dog."

Yes, that is the lame excuse for a name that I came up with for Kayleigh's favorite stuffed animal. White dog has been everywhere with us for the past few weeks. When we start heading out the door, the Bear has to grab him (or her, I don't know). Very soon we are going to have to rename him Used-to-be White Dog.

I have to go find my alarm clock, going back to work tomorrow.... ick.
Kayleigh is starting at a new day-care.

Florida - The Rehersal

This is the "ride" we rented to get around. We named her Betsy, she had mind of her own.

The gals at the rehearsal.

Rehearsing.

Rehearsing more.

I did this while I was supposed to be rehearsing.

Still rehearsing.

After the rehearsal, we went to the beach. We go to play for about an hour before it started lightning. We had to come inside.

Since we couldn't play at the beach, we played a game of Apples to Apples. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Henry cut us some watermelon and re-arranged the fridge. He didn't even stay with us.

The lovely couple at the rehearsal dinner. The food was great.... just ask Henry.

THANK YOU BIG DADDY!

Tomorrow: The Wedding.

Happy Birthday To My Baby's Daddy

I love you so much, old man!

Camera Hog

I have been trying to catch this on video for a while. The Bear LOVES the camera, so we have to hide it while we video her (and you can tell, the camera is peeking over my leg). Watch what happens when she see the camera.... I think she likes the camera, what do you think?

Happy Birthday (Party) Daddy

We celebrated Sean's birthday with his family today. He got his favorite Great American Cookie Company cookie cake and had hot dogs and hamburgers. Then, we all went swimming and played volleyball.

I think this is called cheating?

Happy Birthday Connor!

Tonight we celebrated Connor's 2nd birthday at Pump it Up Jr. There were lots of kiddos there to celebrate with him. I thought most of the stuff would be too "big kid" for the Bear..... BOY WAS I WRONG. She had a blast and was so busy the entire time. Just another sign that we have most definitely hit "toddlerhood." Little Miss Independent had no problem jumping around, climbing through things, going up the little slide and going down it all on her own.

The Birthday boy going down the slide all by himself!

Kayleigh is mad that we picked he up to take a picture, she was busy playing.

Like I said, she had SO much fun.

Piggy Tails!

Kayleigh's Birthday Party: Part 1

We had Kayleigh's birthday party last weekend (I'm behind, I know). My parents were sweet enough to let us to it at their house and Sean's dad cooked us some yummy brisket, sausage, and pulled pork for lunch. There were about 25 close family and friends there. The bear got more toys than she knows what to do with!

I will upload the rest of the picture tomorrow.

Yummy cake!

Like I said.... LOTS of toys!

This was the top of the birthday cake that I made for her.

A random picture of Amanda and Kayleigh reading one of her new books. She loves Amanda.

I CONFESS, when I am more interested in being part of the action, I forget about my camera ( hard to believe, I know). I didn't take as many pictures as I should have. All of these were taken by my friend Jen. If you were at the party and took pictures, these are the ones I am on the look out for.
1. My or Sean's parents with the birthday girl
2. A picture of the entire cake
3. Opening gift pictures
4. Any pictures of you with Kayleigh at the party.
If you get a chance, please email them to me.
